Julian is a skilled and dynamic professional with a background in commercial solar project management. With exceptional organizational and communication abilities developed over three years at GSES and later as the General Manager at Mindaro, Julian's strengths have contributed to the successful delivery of 25 MW of projects. Notable achievements include overseeing complex projects such as a 490 kW rooftop system for an industrial bakery, a 315 kW curved rooftop system, a 1.4 MW ground mount system for chicken farms, and a pioneering 290 kW integrated rooftop and ground mount system. Brandon Cook

Operations Manager

Brandon has a strong background in renewable energy after joining GSES in 2018 as a Project Engineer before moving into an Engineering Manager role when Mindaro was formed. Nathan Tam

Principal Engineer

Nathan is a dedicated professional who joined GSES in 2019 and has made substantial contributions to the successful execution of 30MW solar PV and BESS projects. Drawing on his extensive experience from a prominent Australian EPC, Nathan prioritizes precision, efficiency, and speed in engineering. His achievements include overseeing a notable 7 MW multi-site PV rollout with roles in principal engineering and client liaison, leading a 10 MW multi-site PV rollout with comprehensive designs and fault studies, achieving a pioneering 1.2 MW rooftop installation, excelling in a groundbreaking 2.1 MW rooftop project, and meticulously designing a 1 MW ground-mount PV rollout. Nathan's expertise and commitment position him as an invaluable asset in the solar energy and engineering field.

Neeraj Patil

Project Engineer

Neeraj is a motivated engineer who recently completed his Masters of Engineering in Renewable Energy at UNSW. He obtained valuable hands-on experience through installing solar panels on one of Australia’s largest rooftop projects. With on-site experience, he excels in transferring this knowledge into his engineering to produce practical and workable construction drawing sets. Neeraj is passionate about renewable energy and aims to contribute to sustainable projects through his skills and knowledge.

Erica Lelis Diall

Project Engineer

Erica joined Mindaro in 2025 as a Project Engineer and has designed and simulated C&I solar projects for notable clients such as McDonald's. Her knowledge spans the creation of comprehensive feasibility analyses for commercial and utility-scale projects, ensuring informed decision making and project viability. Demonstrating proficiency in industry standards, Erica effectively utilizes specialized engineering software such as SAM, PVsyst, PowerCAD and AutoCAD to deliver optimized and reliable solar solutions.

Sean Locquiao

Project Engineer

Sean joined Mindaro in 2025 as a Project Engineer having experience in C&I rooftop PV and Utility scale PV project delivery. Notably, Sean was the on-site design manager for a 20MW solar farm which involved quality assurance of engineering designs, managing multiple sub-contractors and installation audits to ensure compliance with Issued For Construction design packs. Sean’s range of skills in logistics, project management, engineering design, and quality assurance (QA) allows him to take a holistic approach and effectively solve problems.

James Fisher

Lead Engineer (Utility)

James joined Mindaro in 2025, bringing extensive experience in C&I and Utility solar, as well as transmission system design. James has previously led the engineering team at one of Australia’s largest EPCs, where he was responsible for the technical design, planning and quality assurance for a wide range of complex solar PV projects delivered across Australia. James also has widespread experience working in the transmission sector for the state government, where he was responsible for designing system strength and generator integration strategies for approximately 10GW of renewable energy generation.
